The Investing in Volunteers Award

Investing in Volunteers is the UK quality standard for volunteering. It is for all organisations who involve volunteers. It aims to improve the quality of the volunteering experience and to ensure organisations acknowledge the contribution made by volunteers.

Investing in Volunteers is a development tool with a quality framework that demonstrates best practice in volunteer involvement and management. The award lasts for three years and PEP has proudly achieved this award since 2012. We are currently in the process of renewing the award which involves assessment and providing supporting evidence.

We are proud of our commitment to involving volunteers in an inclusive and positive way. Investing in Volunteers accreditation demonstrates that PEP is reflective around the volunteering experience and is committed to placing volunteering at the heart of what it does.
